5-6 Green Onions chopped about halfway up green
1 Orange Pepper, diced
1 Mango, diced
1 Large Tomato, seeded and diced
¼ Cup D’Avolio Grapefruit White Balsamic Vinegar
¼ Cup D’Avolio Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Mix all ingredients together and let sit at least two hours, stirring occasionally, before serving.
