Peaches in Espresso Balsamic Vinegar Yogurt Jars

In each jar:

1 peach, diced cooked with espresso balsamic vinegar until heated through.

1/2 cup Greek yogurt with 1 1/2 tsp chia, 1/4 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp local honey

1/4 cup chopped toasted almonds
